We have a situation where there are too many aboriginal health workers who aren’t succeeding in their training because of poor or low levels of literacy and numeracy. So the ‘why’ of our project is to provide aboriginal health workers with increased access to integrated health, literacy and numeracy delivery by including online learning options in their training.
