We’re going to call our project something like, yet to be completely decided, Learn Learn Bat. Which, I’m told, is a word used within many of our communities for the learning process. We will empower the inductee to develop the skills and knowledge required to remain in gainful employment through new technology and mobile information using culturally appropriate methods.

About the project ... Traditional Credit Union is committed to building a sustainable community through education as a means of addressing high rates of unemployment amongst indigenous people in the Arnhemland region. Our Innovations Project will provide an e-learning solution to our current print-based financial service tellers induction program. The re-vamped training program will be specifically designed for our remote indigenous staff through MARVIN technology. |
